A Swahili Tongue Twister

Whew!  If your minds are not twisted into knots by all of this tongue and mouth stuff, then I would guess that you are a master at untwisting tongue twisters.  Maybe you're even ready for a Swahili tongue twister.  Well, remember the proverb at the end of my queen termite story: "Hurry, hurry has no blessing?"  In Swahili, this is not only a proverb, it is a twisting proverb: Haraka haraka haina baraka (Hah-rah-kah hah-rah-kah hah-ee-nah bah-rah-kah).  Try saying that three times fast if you think you have a nimble tongue.  If you can say it even once, that's great!
